Before you plant
Tick each item when it is done; add who and a note. Optional for a first season.
Every week
The routine Modules 8, 10 and 11 build. Untick everything at the start of a new week. Optional for a first season.
End of season
Module 12 walks through each item. Optional for a first season.
How to use these sheets
- Before you plant. Work through it in the weeks before your first sowing. Each item names the module that covers it.
- Every week. The routine for the growing season. Untick the list at the start of each week.
- End of season. After the first fall frost, or when a community garden's clearing date arrives.
The checklists start empty. If you entered frost dates in setup, the first item carries a note asking for their source. Plot 14 (fictional) would date the end-of-season list to its garden's November 1 clearing rule.
A ticked box records that you did something, not that it worked. Whether digging is safe is settled by 811's line marking; whether a structure, fence or rain barrel is allowed is settled by your landlord, HOA, community garden or local government.
