Browser storage is convenient and fragile. It is cleared when you clear site data, is empty in private browsing, is not shared between browsers or devices, and can be lost to browser updates or storage limits. Export a copy whenever you have entered something you would hate to lose, and print the sheets you rely on.
What is in your garden notebook
For a first season, four sheets are essential: the garden brief, the crop plan, and the sowing and harvest sheets of the season log. Every other sheet is optional, and nothing is removed. Export after you have filled the essential ones.
Printable garden notebook
A read-only rendering of every sheet, in course order, for printing or reading through. Edit each sheet on its own page. Empty sheets are skipped.
The garden notebook records your plans, your notes of what others told you, and your decisions. It is not a soil analysis, a diagnosis, a permit or a certification. Where a sheet records an answer from a lab, an extension service, a landlord or a health department, the record is yours; the answer is theirs.
